3/18/2025:Note, the return date is required by law to be three days from service of the Summons, which is served after the NTQ unless they stop the attempt to evict. Date on Summons was Oct 23 and they DELIBERATELY and fraudulently entered November 12 as return date on the form and fraudulently entered Nov 4 as return date on the case Information -neither of which are legitimate and the chief housing clerk gave a so-what answer when I mentioned it! I'm sure this was all brought up to the appellate court in my motions to rule in my favor on both the housing appeal and eviction appeal. Yet the court denied it - to bleed the case out more and do something to me to cause me to be unable to go forward with my rights!

The well-meaning clerk gave me white-out to remove it SO NOBODY could validate! It is not my account number! 5I was there at the end of the day and just wanted to get through it! She meant well! Russo appealed the judge's acquittal. The judge had to acquit based on my motions. A female aggressively approached me saying she was assigned to be my defense. I said,"You don't have my permission!" Fully knowing she was up to no good! She criticized me for what I filed: Motion To Aquit and Motion For a New Trial based on FRAUD, and another Motion - all of which have to be filed within the time frame of the trial and disposition.
I did not file an appearance allowing e-filing - she destroyed my laptop hard drive by attaching an infected document!

At the initial eviction hearing thereafter, defendant Anne Bradley had hoped this woman who claimed to be judge Alayna Stone would explain how she could be impersonated in court prior to that and how the very fabric of Due Process was completely ripped apart through numerous and deliberate violations of the court as well as plaintiff-attorney appearance blatently frauded on several counts including using Pro Hac Vice which means they are out of state when they are in state attorneys - and yet none of the fraud mattered. Not even the fraudulent re-uploading of appearance by Hoops & Associates to cover for nonappearing defendants on October 31, 2024 - they obviously had no retainers for - particularly regarding "360 State Street" which had dissolved long before that - one of the "minor details" which the Secretary of State "updated" in its system of business registeries. Yet the Agent of Service took the Housing Complaint directed to "360 State Street" instead of refusing it; and the marshal charged the stare $3,000 for just delivering already-copied complaints to 6 local places (4 of which were at the same office in a building owned by COLONIAL FOUNTAIN MANAGEMENT) and service to the Secretary of State (who erroneously required the original complaint to obviously fraud records) and service to CT Corporation (just outside of Hartford) which was the agent of service for MEPT Chapel, which had claimed to be nonprofit and part of the church community, having received this 500-apartment luxury complex-turned-to-Satanic Commune -for only $1 by the developer and owner Bozzuto Companies - all of which was completely illegal and opportunity to use trade name fraud to avoid lawsuits. Bozzuto Companies continued to pay all employees as well; until November 2022 at which time ANSONIA STATE STREET claimed they made a legitamate PURCHASE of $160Million onbthis $2.2 Billion aoartment building, completely foregoing the rest of tge track of land that the City of New Haven handed over to Bozzutos for $1 and Barack Obama gave several million dollars to (Bozzutos) as free US Government money rhey didnt have to pay back - after all, the Satan worshipping MEPT Chapel was designed to be the "new owner" with no property taxes due as if this apartment building was now a nonprofit satanic commune which Dragana LaCore, who is Ukrainian, enjoyed reaoing large profits from as an "investor" and assustant manager who became manager and was re-hired as an operating manager working behind clised doirs for Ansonia State Street even though employees told the defendant-apoellant that she was fired by Bozzutos in 2020 or 2021.
Not even the proof that payment of rent by defendant-appellant mattered. Only the End mattered, was to illegally evict Anne Bradley whose life has been up-ended by corruption since she didnt die when a sander truck driver tried to murder her years ago at the request of organized narcissistic criminals who relied on sex trafficking for high profits and wanted to teach her a final lesson on what happens to women who tell a stalking sex trafficker to leave her alone; that he was a pig. They even erected a restaurant named Pig's Ear right where Perry Hyde slammed the truck filled with sand into her car, going the opposite direction in her lane of the highway. This virus of corruption has not only destroyed the defendant-appellant's ability to pursue happiness in her life, it has seemingly given organized crime a claim of right-of-way to keep harming her -- as a law abiding citizen who is against corruption.
Upon motioning this Appellate Court to dismiss this illegal eviction, defendant-appellant, who is pro se and indigent expected this unwanted suffering caused by abuse of process which includes violation of the Constitution and laws of the state as well as federal government to end and the case would be disposed of as having no merit and she would prevail as she had in 2019 when these same people did the same thing -accused her of nonpayment of rent with no pretermination letter 30 days before; thereby reflecting MODUS OPERANDI. In fact, these people were ordered by a court to remove the fraudulent charges of $14,000 on the ledger and that is even in the Exhibited ledger which the plaintiff-appellee submitted during trial, incriminating themselves, as stated by the defendant-appellant in court - yet they knew CYBER CRIME would cover for their deliberate fraud, Their excuse fir not entering housing payments for a year was "carryover and that year didnt count" in the ledger submitted as evidence. They rekied on altering the court recording and so forth. And rather than administer the law, the court upheld the trial court judge who is not even a real attorney and proven fraud - because they hold the magic of internet - as their wand of justice rather than use of the mallet which represents the very cited laws in which were so deliberately violated as a mission of ENDS JUSTIFIES THE MEANS rather than DUE PROCESS OF LAW.
